The Parent/Caregiver Guide to Mental Health
In this workshop presented by the Mental Health Association the following will be covered: normalizing mental health struggles, what a crisis looks like, discussing coping skills, identifying feelings, and providing resources and tools in order to reduce isolation and stigma for adults and their children.24
