Elaine will take a closer look at Leonardo da Vinci and his fascination with water. He was famous for his boundless curiosity and the motions and power of water. His research led to studies and discoveries of spirals and vortices not only in water but in spontaneous pants and Renaissance hair styles. It led together with Niccolo Macchiavellito to the discovery of how our heart valves function and it sowed the seeds for details in his paintings.
Then, Lorenzo will demonstrdate acqua pazza or crazy water. A receipe typical to Italy's long Tyrrhenian coast, acqua pazza is quick, easy, and good for you.
